I am actually trying to loose some weight for a long time now.
I had tried many gym in my life, but I thought that the only way to reduce weight faster is to join the gym.
So I did. Then I decided to joined the body care because it is closer to my home. But I didn’t know that it was the biggest mistake of my life.
Well this spa has a lots machines and techniques to loose your weight but fact is that they only need money. Their trainer are so much of argument and they dont tell you about any exercise and uff music my god this is the worst thing in this spa. Specialty for me. Music is just a crap. They dont play any energetic music. They play bhajan type songs which break your confident.I think they need the latest collection of music. They dont provide any diet plane to the customers.If you ask me to join or not than I must say think again.
