Very bad experience. Very incourteous employee, not ready to honour their deals.
We were four of us. All of us had the groupon deal and we ordered four different chaats. Since it was taking time to serve all the four chaats we started sharing. The staff came up and said that the rule says you cannot share a chaat. We agreed and didnt shared any further.
I had completed almost 80% of my chaat and asked for a different chat. He asked me to complete the chaat which was served earlier. I again explained him the fine prints that says that I need to complete only 50% of my chaat before you can serve me next one. He just got out of control on hearing this and said he is not going to honour the deal any further. Very disappointing. That was my worst experience in a shop. Even a street vendor behave better then them.
Even if we leave out the conduct part even serving a panni puri was taking them 10 mins. On asking they have a standard answer we are preparing. Believe me the shop had another 3 to 4 people other than our group.
Not recommended.
