Da Vinci Code -- absorbing.

I read a brief review of this fiction on net and decided to read this novel by Dan Brown.

The cover of Da Vinci Code proclaims it to be a ’’ #1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER’’.

The book has been written in a Historical Backdrop and what makes it interesting is the symbology used in the book and tracing it’s connection to the work in paintings of L’Da Vinci.

Dan Brown has handeled the topic brilliantly. The novel is absorbing to an extent that once you start trading it you will not like to stop until you read the last page.

The story moves at fast pace and it is real fun reading the novel. The locations described in the novel are very near perfection (if you compare the photographs of Louvre, the museam etc available on internet).

It has the urge to keep your intellectual juices gushing in a hope to learn ’what next’ and one also tends to speculate as to how far this fiction is close to truth.

Overall a brilliant and throughly absorbing novel.

Higly recommended.
