Read to Judge yourself

I happened to read the book by accident. I was given this book by a friend of mine but since I was engaged by then, I decided to postpone the reading till appropriate time. However due to some problems my fiancée had to go for few days and I had about 3 days to read the book. Not that I am a very fast reader, but I found it very difficult to put down the book once I started it. As a result I read the entire book in just about a day and a half.

More about the book now

By the time I took the book in my hands, enough controversy had been created about it. My approach to the book was to read it with a neutral mind. It is a fast paced book with turn of events leaving you spell bound and making you guess as to what shall be the next twist. The story is about a Robert Langdon and Sophie, unearthing a secret that is two thousand years old, while negotiating an unseen enemy. The sub plots of the book unfold and leave you surprised and making it difficult for you to leave the book

My take away on the book

The author Dan Brown has written a very tight script and the reader has very less time to think outside the book. The symbols and their meanings mentioned in the book are logical and make the reader believe in what the author says. Treat the book as fact or treat it as a fiction but by no chance miss it.
