Devil wears Prada has an interesting story, which tackles a sensitive topic.Which do you follow?your heart? or your mind? What if your heart and mind lead you in one direction, but later on in life, ask you to go
somewhere different from where they’d taken you earlier?
Meryl Streep provides us with an excellent rendition of a influential business woman, hot-stepping in the high passion, high tension, world of fashion.
Anne Hathway, however, leaves a bit to be desired. I would like to write a scathing review of her performance
in particular, if only she wasn’t so beautiful. As individual actors they stand apart, but when paired on-screen, they seem to match each other’s styles of acting.
It requires a bit of introspection to fully understand the messages hidden in the ending, but overall this movie does set its head a slight bit above the rest. Definitely a family movie. Here’s a message for all you studs out there…take your darling to watch this.
She’ll be surprised at your thoughtfulness, impressed by your taste in art, and forgive you for forgetting your
anniversary.
