The story of the novel was being published in a monthly Odia magazine when I was in my pre- teens. The use of words and narration style of author made me fall in love with his creations. So once it was published, I grabbed a copy of it. This book is published by Kendra Sahitya Akademi. The plot of the novel is very simple and describes few comical incidences which makes a pretty innocent village boy into a God man. The story has given equal importance to all of its characters. Each of them have contributed significantly in turning and twisting the story.
