It is located in the heart of jaipur at very good location. was there for a night and had a conference to catch soon after check-in. The meeting was enroute Nawai, which is about an hour away from the hotel. In hurry, I forgot an important packet in my room and only realised so after reaching the venue. I spoke with the hotel and they were supportive enough to send across the package all the way to me - an example of great customer centricity. So thank you.
All in all, a good hotel with god customer service. The rooms are spacious enough and well maintained.
One of the things the hotel needs to work on is their food. I did not find the taste upto the mark and felt that it lacked some basic essentials. Hope it is worked upon. Good luck.!
