They enter your room without your permission and it happen twice even after telling them the 1st time not to enter the room. The next time they even sprayed pesticide all over the room & toilet(I had a 5 months old baby with me) when we haven’t even checkout. When you complain to the manager, he said he is sorry, what else could I do, it happens!
Seriously the worst management ever and that manager needs to be fired. Seriously. I come from a hospitality background myself and this is sheer pathetic.
