Oh yes! I was disappointed after watching ’The Finest Hours.’ I went with hopes inside the movie hall but came out losing all hopes as they were brought down to dust. Throughout the movie, you expect this will happen next and that’s what happens in the very next scene. I have nothing to write about the movie.
The cast was definitely good, the cast have exemplified their best acting abilities, but if you do not have a creative way of storytelling, then you will definitely stumble. I would rather give my naive reviews on the film. The background score is noteworthy, the stunning special effects will enthral you as you might seemed to get drenched by the waves and high tides.
But, at the end of the day, what matters to a movie buff is the story and how creatively it is displayed on screen.
So, would I recommend the movie to anyone? I don’t think so.:(
