The reason that I rented The Forgotten was because my son was interested in it. The idea was kind of interesting so we gave it a shot. I usually like sci fi films and suspense type of movies.
This movie started out pretty interesting but it kept on getting more and more weird. It just was not a satisfying plot. I feel that a different ending would have been much more satisfying that the one that was chosen.
If you like movies with a conspiracy theory in them, then you may get a kick out of this one, but if you are looking for a great story line and real some real entertainment, then I feel that the forgotten should be forgotten when you make your next trip to the Video store.
The best thing about this movie is the way it shows the love between a mother and her child with such a strong bonding which cannot be broken or fully erased.
