Friends currently I am leaving in Narela Delhi. Some days ago I have started going to THE GYM & this is really awesome experience.
The gym's coach & trainer all are humble and good experienced.
The gym has enough space but not too much.
All machines are new and in excellent condition.
There is also availability of supplements.
The gym's timing 5am to 9am in morning & 5pm to 9pm in evening
