Hi guys today am talking about a gitness center in Thane, when you first enter gym foe enquiry their strong sales team will really impress us with all false promises and their sales skill really impress us. But ince we join only first day that sales guy will wish us after that till the renewal date he just ignire us as if am a unknown person to him.
Now comming to the training part 1 or 2 trainers will be certified remaining i dont know how they got selected they dont know A B C of gym no proper form n technic will be taught by the trainers as trainers are not aware of those techniques worst thing will happen to the clients who go for personal training alternate days PT sessions will be given which is quite common bt remaining days that PT trainer will behave as if he dont know you. There will be no proper guidance the only diff i found between general training and personal training is for PT trainer will count reps for GT client needs to count by himself.
Spa wow its the 3 rd disastor in this gym where housekeeper in other gym got selected as therapist here who never heard about deep tissue massage and shower if any one flush water in wash room shower water stops if any one opens tap in washbasin shower stops, suddenly hot water will come.
This is the place where we can see what all must be avoid in a gym to make it a perfect and hygine place, here we can see insects on floor, dust in drinking water, trainers discussing about movies n what they drink with clients and floor manager he will be busy with sales cousellor chit chatting or browsing facebook if we complaint he will ask us to take PT.
