I have paid Rs. 449/- in the monthe of Oct ’05 and scuscribed for a year.
It has been more than 10 months now, But I haven’t got my coupens and My subscription is also not started yet.
My rcpt No. is 720
I have been calling the help desk since long but always they say that it will start soon. I have also faxed copy of my reciept on their request to them. But then also nothing concrete yet.
All of sudden now they are saying that they don’t find my details in their register only.
How can one trust this type of News paper who is fooling people?
Has any one else faced this problem with HT?
If yes then pls let me know how did you teach lesson to these people?
Is anyone is suggesting to go to Consumer Court?
What is a procedure for the consumer court?
Will I get justice in Consumer court also?
