Usually I don not like to read heavy material languages, example paulos books, not that I do not understand but it makes my mind divert and do not feel like reading. Well so what I like is edgy story line, simple crisp writing with catchy one liners(Chetan Bhagat sort)
All that I found in this Immortals of Meluha. Usually I was expecting lot of preaching as this book has the material which has some kind of philosophical rendering, but to my surprise the author has managed to keep it very simple and no preaching at all.
It is legend of Shiva the tribal warrior and his journey from normal tribal leader man to Suryavanshi head. I cannot say much on story line as you need to read the same to get how pacy and crisp the writing and story line is.
It is triology I am reading the second part, secret of Naga and interest level is high because of the first book.
Though I am not comparing this guy, amish with Chetan Bhagat, people who love CB kind of writing(minus the usual Indian slang) they would love this book.
