The Irish House is a cosy restaurant in inorbit mall between inox& food court.
From outside it gives a looks of an expensive old country side Irish beer house. Rudded& posh
We went for lunch there on a Saturday at around 3:30 pm. To our surprise it serves lunch 11:00 - 16:00
Inside the place is amazing, country music& wooden interior. The place smells amazing. There is a huge square bar in the center. The place is not huge but I think that at any given time it can accommodate around 75 pax. The best part is that unlike most of the Mumbai restaurants there is good space between 2tables& they don’t bump into each other. This is a big relief, u can actually talk& not listen to people around you.
The staff is polite& they don’t bother you much to place order. There is no rush, they let you have ur time& that is a big thumbs up(y)
They offer a very good variety of drinks but Irish beer like Guinness or Stout is not on the Menu. Famous Irish Coffee is also off the menu, which I think was not appropriate.
In fact one will be disappointed if looking for authentic Irish food like potato cakes, coddles etc. They offer only Two Italian& Mexican food; good but not Irish.
We order Kingfisher Draft(250 for 500 ML. dirt cheap). Mince meat with French fries, chicken pop-corn, Spegetti pasta. Food was mouth watering& presented very well, which somehow increased the appetite.
Not a pasta lover but will strongly recommend the same here.
At the end, I found the place reasonably priced.
Paid less than 1500 for all of this.
Over all good experience, only disappointment except for decor no Irish experience
