When The Kalika Hut started in Lucknow, food quality was really great and it was appreciated by most of the customers. Till 2015, they provided nice customer services and delicious food to their customers but now a days they have lost their reputation due to bad services and bad quality food.
Moreover, Food quality was not as per our expectation and also food was provided after 45 minutes from the order time. Prices are quite expensive and it does not justify its prices.
It was famous for Non Vegetarian dishes but now a days they are providing very very bad quality non veg dishes. As far as staff is concern, they are not fully trained and even they don’t maintain hygiene during serving their customers.
Having started chain business model, they could not maintain their standards.
Very very bad experience. Not recommended to anybody.
