Hello Everyone!


Today I am going to share my experience about The Leela Palace. We stayed three times in the Leela Palace this year, in September,  October and December.The first and 2nd time we loved our live so much that we idea we will surely stay in the Leela Palace once more at our next go to.


The day we arrived no person changed into at the entrance to welcome us(the conventional welcome which we got the ultimate 2 times while we came). no one was absolutely at the doorway and the body of workers seemed very busy. The check in went ok.


We got our rooms on the 5th ground however it looked just like the rooms in which the ones they don’t use regularly. The bathe door failed to close well.


The breakfast in restaurant The Qube turned into ok.thanks for the carrier. We also had lunch and dinner on this eating place and the meals changed into correct.


basic it is a beautiful hotel and you sense like a royal when you stay right here. The lodge is located inside the diplomatic region so it’s a touch bit some distance from Connaught place and different markets. Sarojini market is close to the lodge.


Cons -


Test in method become a confusing disaster.


Housework never replenished toiletries or changed grimy wine glasses.


Despite the fact that there was notification that the home windows had simply been washed, in our room, the windows have been filthy.


We spoke to several humans approximately these troubles, and despite the fact that they promised to rectify the state of affairs, the issues have been now not corrected.


We were purported to have a butler, but there was none in sight.


Then a guest services rep became worried and the situation escalated primarily based on her arrogant and insulting treatment people. disgrace on her.


Pros -


Gorgeous property.


Even after 1 month in India, pleasant meals and workforce at breakfast.


As soon as the guest services manager were given worried, she was so upset by using how we were mistreated, we had been upgraded to a extraordinary suite and handled like a king and queen. however we went through too much aggravation to get there.
