Went to inquire abt admissions today. The lady sitting at the front desk did not had minimum etiquette while taking . She was looking at her phone while taking. If the customer service desk is like that, arrogant and irresponsible..What else can we expect from the mgmt/teaching staff. I felt disappointed and left. Don’t think I’ll put my ward there.??
