Masterpiece

To make this article a whole lot more clearer and to give you an indication of the supreme talent of this band I have to tell you what a B SIDE means.

In India the concept of a single is not big, Indians generally tend to go for the entire album. In the west though singles are released where people buy only the one song if they like that and not the rest of the album.

These singles are always released with another song also called the B-SIDE and these are songs which you wont find in the album itself and a song which may not essentially be the band at their best.

With Oasis though the B-Side’s became so popular that the band had to release it as a collection and it came to be called as The Masterplan.

Oasis are a band from Manchester and have modeled themselves on legends such as The Who and The Beatles. They are essentially a Rock & Roll band and put the songs through with a whole lot of attitude as well.

This has to be one of my favourite albums with great guitars, great vocals and great https://lyrics.

You can listen to this album at any time and you don’t need to be a fan of any particular genre to like this album.

It just puts forward the talent and the sheer audacity of the band to put such songs in as B-Sides. Critics would always point out they aren’t smart in doing this but then a band needs to have attitude to ensure its staying power.

Bands also need a certain thing called talent and the fact that they still make headlines after 10 years in the business gives ample evidence of that.

This album also contains one of my favorite songs of all time, The Masterplan.

This song is an absolute masterpiece and contains fantastic violins, brilliant vocals and more than anything else great https://lyrics. This is certainly a must listen for any music lover.

The album starts off with one of Oasis’s best numbers Acquiesce, a song with great guitars and fantastic backing vocals by Noel Gallagher. He upstages the fantastic work done by his brother Liam and makes you wonder why he doesn’t sing more often.

Underneath the sky is a pretty ordinary song and does not deserve to be in this album, but the great vocals continues in this song.

Half the world away is an absolute masterpiece sung by Noel, its beautiful in its simplicity and it just makes your heart ache with those fantastic https://lyrics.

Going Nowhere is a good song, but kind of drags on towards the end, it contains a variety of instruments put to very good use.

Swamp Song is an instrumental and is often used as background music in trailers and award ceremonies.

I am the Walrus is actually a song by The Beatles and the band used to perform this song at earlier concerts and used to give the version as promotional copies to music labels. These versions are selling for as much 500$ nowadays!

Listen Up and (Its good) to be free are great rock and roll numbers with fantastic drums to boot. It was written by Noel in their earlier years.

Talk Tonight is a great song with a great deal of emotion and was written by Noel Gallagher for the woman who talked him out of jumping from a ledge in Las Vegas when he had split from the band owing to fights with his brother.

Headshrinker and Stay Young are poppy numbers with great deal of passion and class.

The album is available in all big music stores (something which wasn’t the case some years back) and is a great buy.
