Careful!!

Apart from staying in Hotel Mirador as a business traveller, I have also been a regular visitor to this hotel over the last one year and its very sad to say that over the period of time, the services and quality of the hotel have degraded.


The staff is very arrogant, god knows why!! The service poor and untimely.The buffet at their restaurant is served cold in middle afternoon. I was too scared to try the midnight buffet after that, because anyways, it would have been food left from the day.


They have a coffee/cake shop , which apparently closes at 8 and you are asked to leave it by 10 minutes past 8. Tha bar at the basement has no variety of snacks available, so you can drink their and come upstairs to the restaurant to eat something.


Apart from that, the staff is courteousness, don’t service you well. Take hours to serve you. I have had several bad experiences wherein, I was asked to sit on a table just next to Live Pasta Counter at the buffet and on insisting to give me another table, when there were alot of them empty, I was told none available. Maybe they want to start filling their restaurants from the end. The waiters serve you with beverages which are warm(for juices) and cold (for a tea). The staff at the coffee shop stops serving you after 7.40, because 8 is the closing time.


Over the period of time, I have seen the number of regulars decreasing at their coffee shop and the restaurant both. Its popular amonst people staying there, because they may not be aware of the poor service. However, such a big corporate park situated right opposite the hotel and its deserted by the everyday comers, should ring alarm bells for its management.


Poor example of a good thing being degraded by its staff.
