I rate MITHRA car service centre as 0.5 ...is there any grade to assign for the idiotic and stupid services...that I can rate to mithra service centre at RTC X ROADS.
i gave my car for free service at RTC X ROADS MITHRA service centre.-( supervisor name is MAHESH - IDIOTIC guy does not know how to talk to the customers. He behaves as if he was the only one person in this world to take job card that to in idiotic service centre like mithra agencies.) they returned me the car on second day. on that day test drive was not given and supervisor while handing over the vehicle to customer and there was no explanation for the things they did in that service. I observed that the service was not at all good and not satisfactory.
My car was in good condition before giving it for service to this idiotic service provider.My house was nearer to this location that’s the reason I choose this service centre. Actually it was my first approach to mithra service centre*. and all my clutch and breaking system was not at all satisfactory it was some thing completely different from the previous condition.. I called the customer care and asked for the reason why they made like this to my car.. they have given some stupid and irrelevant information for that mistake. On Friday 12.11.2010 they sent an executive to my home for checking the system.
That guy had a drive for testing and drove my car just like a lorry.. I was shocked like any thing.. and I was terrified like any thing because of that guy driving. He drives as if he was driving a lorry. If such type of executives driving valuable car, what will be the gear system and breaking system..? after that I had a conversation with the customercare and at last i went and given for the rectification again same stupid guy – Mahesh ( supervisor) too the batch card for my car and also due to there mistake I got dent at my bonnet and asked them to rectify that also.
They told that they are going to charge 3000 rs for that ...actually that was happened due to there problem only but still I agreed for the rectification.But I did not get any call from them - whether service is completed or not no response from the stupid and idiotic service centre...when I was trying to call the supervisor for the status of my service his mobile was switched off. I literally called to the supervisor nearly 1000 times. No reply.after some time around at afternoon he switched of f his mobile.at last with great struggle I called and went to service center on Sunday 14.11.2010 still the condition was not satisfactory and painting was too worst ...I do not know why they are doing like that.. I have no time to argue with the stupid service providers at that time and came back with very very dissatisfaction..
kindly any one help people like us who have been faced theese problems.. even there is no person who can take action on all tjose stupid activities...
there is a person mahesh and his boss.. those are great bluffers and idiotic guys don`t know how to provide quality of service when a customer coming for services... they only th ethings they don`t know any thing about the customer values...
kindly help us by taking severe actionon those guys...
do not choose the HELL service centre.
