I am one more victim of THE MOBILE STORE in Bangalore. I purchased one Sony Xperia Mini Pro SK17i a couple of years ago(Purchase Date: 08/01/2012) with a paid extended warranty of one year. My phone got some issues and needed a fix. I went to see the store and they made me run from pole to post. from Sony service station(in spite of knowing that it is their job as the company warranty is expired and handset is in extended warranty period) to various stores in Bangalore. Finally at the store where I purchased the mobile they did accept my mobile for servicing and gave me one hand written and signed receipt. They asked for 25 working days time to get the mobile serviced(which I believe is too much time for such service) but there is no sign of my mobile yet where it has been one and half month since I handed over my mobile to them(Handset handover date: 31/10/2013). Whenever I go to the mobile store they give me some or other weird reason and ask me to come later without even committing a fixed time to handover my mobile back to me. I am extremely frustrated with them and highly recommend everyone to stay away from "The Mobile Store". The address of store dealing with me is:
