I have purposed a new K30 mobile from Mobile Store Opp road to Forum K Mangala. On the Day of my Purchase - the Memory Card Slot Holder was in poor quality and the Shop keeper had adjusted the same convinced me that there would not be any problem with it.
Moreover, the Shopkeeper did not even give me any USER MANUAL / WARRANTY CARD / ETC ...which had created a strong doubt that this is not a brand new piece.
I HAD TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD BE DAM BUSY AND I REQUIRE A GOOD FUNCTIONING PHONE - AND VERBALLY THE SHOPKEEPER CONVINCED ME.
Since I am already using K560 and K 448 - I told myself lets adjust as the Brand is GOOD and has no major issues in functioning.
Later after 2-3 days - all my callers have started complaining that they are not able to hear me and I must speak louder. I have tried to exchange this phone with the shop keeper but of no use.
This is clearly a DEFECTIVE PIECE SOLD OUT TO ME BY THE SHOP KEEPER - WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I WOULD BE TAKING LEGAL STEPS ACCORDINGLY.
RECOMMEND ALL THE BANGLOREANS TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE SHOPKEEPER -
