I was in search of a QWERT Smartphone keeping the mouthshut.com in view. Using Internet and feedback on this site itself, I decided to purchase Nokia E 63. But, I was clueless that from where to purchase this mobile set for least price.
I went to sector 22 mobile market and saw many dealers. The price range was 8900 the highest on 08 Dec 10 and 8650 the lowest. That was too high for me. I came back disappointed.
But, I kept exploring and found the Mobile Store of Sec 22C of Chandigarh. But here also the price was Rs 9037 on 10 Dec 10, though some scratch card option was clubbed and I was even shown the highest prize of a brand new LCD inside the store. But, I have never got any thing significant in my life through the scratch cards in past.....lol.
But, I was shown the set explaining each features in details and with patience and smile for almost 45 minutes. But, I asked to Mr Ravi, ``Why should I buy from you, once I am getting the same item for cheaper price elsewhere?`` He still maintained his patience and smile and said, ``Sir for price, I just can not do anything, but give me your contact number and whenever any sudden fall is there, you will be informed``.
I was convinced that offers are the main feature of any Mobile store. I decided to wait for another 7 days.
But on 14 Dec, I got a call from the Mobile Store for around 1200 Rs less the Nokia E 63 was available for limited time. I went there and purchased it for rs 7889/- only. The Scratch card fetched me a I Ball Internet Headphone of which the MRP was Rs 199/-.
I was given computerized bill for the mobile set. As I had saved a handsome amount I felt like to have a Mobile Pouch especially built for E 63. But it was being sold at MRP of Rs 600. But after clubbing that bill with my mobile bill, I got that for Rs 480 only a flat 120/- less. With this pouch, the mobile set seems very safe from external wear and tear, mainly the screen and the camera.
The Mobile store has all leading brands of Mobile Phones, especially the latest smart phones. Their illumination is good, the floor shining just like their friendly staff. They have wide range of accessories too for almost all mobile sets. I saw Memory cards, earphones etc. I even saw people coming for e Recharge.
