I bought a HTC mobile phone from Mobile store(Matunga) on 3rd November as they were running an offer for free Bluetooth Headset. They did not give me the headset that day as they were running out of stock. Its been over a month and they still dont have my free Headset. They came up with an Ad in Times of india for something they never had. I call this as marketing malpractice. Im totally disappointed with Mobile Store.Their customer service is the worst of its kind. Nobody replies back after an autogenerated email.
If the Bluetooth headset was not in stock, how can they run that offer and advertise the same in the newspaper. This is fraud in lay man’s term.
The best part is that their customer care from Bangalore calls me and tells me to go to the outlet and collect the headset. I was very happy to see the results of my email and postal mail. I followed the request and dropped in at your Matunga outlet to collect my Blue tooth headset. Shockingly, they were totally unaware of the situation and told me that the headset has still not come to them.
