Please don’t ever buy a phone using this Themobilestore.in website. They have a very poor service and there customer care is not good at all. There courier service is worst ever. I cancelled my order on 8th August and after that they say refund would not be processed until the product would reach back to their warehouse. I cancelled the order on 8th August and the product reached to their warehouse on 21st August.
Now they are saying you need to wait another 10-15 days for the refund to be processed.
This the worst process that I have ever listened.Finally I so piched-off and ordered the phone from flipkart and they delivered the order very next day.Please don’t ever use this website to order a mobile as they are worst process to follow.
