Gave my iPhone 5 in perfect condition under extended warranty for battery issues and got back completely DAMAGED with screen totally coming out.
Reason I got was that my phone was already damaged when given for repair.
After following up with higher authority phone was taken back and repaired. Got back refurbished phone with Damages clearly visible and color around screen taken out.
After confronting the store guy he confessed to phone given to him in PERFECT condition without any damages, though higher authority people deny this out rightly.
THE MOBILE STORE is completely responsible for DAMAGING my iPhone5.
My request to everyone that their extended warranty scheme is a sham. They just don’t care about your phone and have the audacity to DAMAGE it and DENY it.
There are better sellers in the market.
DON’T BUY FROM THE MOBILE STORE - my personal suggestion from this experience.
