This is a UN-reliable company with no values and policies, don’t even give proper information, I am being harassed by the customer support team. They even don’t know what they are hired for.
I had placed an order: 3110378663346 which was to be delivered in 6-8 days but I wanted this product little bit early and when I called their customer support they told me to place the order right now they will deliver on my preferred date.
And as soon as I placed the order, they are telling me It will take full time as quoted on website, moreover now they are delivering my product on their committed date again asking me 3-6 days for the product to dispatch as well as they are giving me funny excuses that HTC company had send them unregistered lot of mobiles.
They think they are too smart and can fool the customers easily.
