Book talks about limits saying only limits on your life are the ones you set yourself.
Book is written by Author Robin Sharma, After getting so much stressful in life he took a break from busy schedule permanently did some yoga for couple of years to understand the importance of what we are doing and what is important to do!! Following few points will describe the book in my point of view
-Normally we are busy with our day-to-day issues coming in life and answering them! How many times we bother for each and everything Happening in our life!!
-Modern world is blindly running towards no destination. The quality of living standards have improved apparently, however, the liveliness has leaped off from life. Human greed for more and more materialistic achievements has derailed almost all the civilized races in today’s world...
-This book is focused on all the aspects of healthy way of living. It raises the question
–If I am not here to enjoy the things then why to accumulate more and more materialistic objects and fast poisoning myself? Help us to define what do you or how much do you need!
-At places, he has drawn faint sketches, readers are at liberty to thicken those thin lines in their lives. Robin has brought out the real meaning and shown how life is supposed to be.
-Author wrote story about himself... from successful in professional life, earning more than what needed and suddenly at some time of life situation comes where he was about to die! This happened because of the not giving proper attention towards the health. He took retirement went to Himalaya...(not in Himalaya book stores) Himalaya mountain. Then after spending some time over there and getting "GYAN" from saints over there back to life and wrote this book.
-Book may made you yawn at regular intervals. But this is actually wonderful...and it will definitely help to have a much optimistic approach towards life... Concepts like 80:20 principle (also called Pareto’s principle), "Imagine today is your last day on earth; how would you plan your day ?", " we’re spiritual beings having a human experience ’......have been spread around by earlier writers to the world.

-Many times it happens that we are not calling to our friends and whenever call comes we see the mobile display and remembers that I could have called him/her but that time is to pick up call!(CALL ME NOW!! :) )
