I had my two wheeler insurance from them when i bought it last year. It got stolen in next two months and when i tried informing them by calling they were rude. I mean its there duty to be helping.Later when i was given the details of the surveyor, i contacted him and he sent his assistant. He directly asked for the bribe. I mean i lost my vehicle and he is asking me kharcha pani for coming for an survey..
After that when i told i will not he didnt helped me properly and it took me months of going office and all to get my claim. Company may be is good but atleast they should be helping to their customers and not tolerate this things of there employees.
