A national-level competition ‘TCS Extended Reality 2019’ organized in Chennai by TCS for Augmented and Virtual Reality based projects in different applications with an objective to inspire students for a career in an area of Augmented and Virtual Reality(AR/VR Technology).
The competition started with the participation of 250 teams from across the nation in which the top 5 teams were shortlisted for the final round. NCU students designed an AR Core multiplayer game on Vuforia and bagged Second Prize along with a PlayStation and a certificate of appreciation.
The students were already a part of TCS, completed their final year project under the VC innovation fund.
