Just watched The Nun.Being a fan of Conjuring franchise it didn’t meet my expectations.The screenplay of the movie is the big draw back as there is literally no content.The movie has nothing new for a horror movie and there are many usual cliches.Neither the sound nor the art design helped the movie to hold audience attention.
Taissa farmiga has done a good job. And the cinematography was good though as there were some aerial shots which looked really good and visually gave much support to the story.
All in all The Nun doesn’t impress as much as I want it to. The movie does fall on it’s on weight of expectations, but even if it was a standalone movie without any hype, it would still have failed to impress me.
