Spa started with the unique concept of bringing massage to me. Being a regular there from its inception I can see the downward trend it has taken in its service in the last few sessions across its centers spread across Kolkata.
What pisses me off is the sheer shortchanging in the time duration of the entire massage session . Needless to say at 3000 inr for a 1 he session including taxes is not really very cheap, what irks me is the therapists actually send less time in doing the massage.
Time spent in changing or taking a shower are smartly covered within the therapy session by the therapists and the ladies at the reception. If this continues people will flock to Aikya spa or Swasdee namaste who charges the same amount but offers better ambience and a glass of juice and almonds. If Thai Spa management takes its customers for granted .patrons will flock to other centers
