I have taken 15 years of plan on 06-May and Canceled at the same day by sending an email, now they are refusing the refund and forcing me to available the services and then asking for cancellation. They have even a policy.
These guys are fraud, they don’t have even a corporate office. Just check the pics. They are selling 5-10-15 years plan but I won’t see if they stay for a year. Company CIN begin Date is - 01/06/2022 and GST (mine GST invoice) start date in Dec-22. Now sure how they sold it before Dec.
I have a complaint against them on a different forum, please join me to have a collective case against them(I am based in Bangalore).
Please make sure if you proof before asking for cancellation as their team stated on the phone that- what the proof you have promised to me while buying this and court and case normal for them
