The Pacific Holiday world are Real cheaters.
I took their membership for 2lakh rupees for 10 years in December 2022.
Of which I requested them for hotel booking at kodaikanal(Rain drop).
Their fruad is amazing. Hotel Rain drop does not provide breakfast, but these guys asked in booking for breakfast preferences. After certain days of denial on breakfast they booked room.
The pacific holiday world shared me booking confirmation of Delux room, but infact at property they booked a rustic room for me . When I asked for justification no one was able to answer.
As they ruined my vacation I requested for cancellation of my membership within 5 days as per their refund policy.
The pacific holiday representative even accepted that it was a fraud from there end. But never refunded.
I kept on explaining till 6 months but, now they played differently as by the time their representative was convinced for there fault he was declared to leave company and i have to start explaining it again to next team member of The pacific holiday.
The point doesn’t end here, even though property is listed in there website, they say that property is not available( available with exchange rate which means they need more money to book room even though you are entitled for it) . With questions, On asking when is the property available in full year. It becomes available but then there is a trap ... they will ask for huge breakfast charges as extra.
If you justify everything to them and ask for cancellation and refund, as they hold the money they will say some or other reason and will never return your money even though they are wrong.
In summary please don’t fall trap to these guys. It’s total waste of time and money as they ruin your mind of vacation in booking room and charges extra or gives wrong rooms.
I was trapped and really regret taking membership from The pacific holiday world.
They don’t even deserve 1 star rating.
