Pacific_Holidays is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They are fraud people, they will charge unnecessary AMC charges. Firstly you have to fight for booking, if they will give you property then they will show you 1-star or 2-star property only with the reason that a high rush is going on all 4or5star properties.
If you complain then they will consider your request immediately & make it a 3-star property as a bribe to remove the comment.
Highly disappointing firm. Strongly not recommended to anyone.
