Once upon a time when I was staying here in the pearl hotel in the puri I was observed that its too much expensive they increase there rate according to the demand time that’s why I dosen’t like this hotel the rate are continuously showing constant but at the December time they silently increasing there rate too much. of course the fasility and service both are acceptable the only one thing I observe is there rate or teriff of hotel varying time to time with out any information of public which creates lots of problems at the the time of booking.
