Ok, I will admit that when I first tuned into Planet’s Funniest Animals I thought Matt Gallant was cute. Then he opened his mouth. I understand that introducing the videos is his job but sometimes, wait, no, ALL the time he is SO cheezy in his comments that I want to turn the show off....I mean I understand kids watch it, but the animals do a pretty good job of interviewing and introducing themselves. I just find his jokes not funny, his humor extremely dry, and his comments not at all interesting. Now the videos on the other hand are awesome. I mean there are a few that I wonder who got hurt in the making, but 99% of the time its all funny. Animals are a passion of mine and I have nothing bad to say about the show itself, just the MC . He would be good on Blue’s Clue’s if that show was still around, or if he worked on his humor a little bit maybe I wouldn’t want to put the TV on mute and just watch the animals. Other than that, Animal Planet is one of my favorite channels. I just think Gallant needs to be a little more funny or shut up all together.
