Few days ago, I made a courier to Rajkot city from Jamnagar with receiving person mobile number on packet.
After 3 days the courier was returned to my home surprisely with remarks that the person is not picking up call.
I feel very annoyed that when I asked my friend that if he has received any call, he told me that he had not call received from unseen number.The courier partner was lying to me that he had called the person.The courier company did not refund my money as delivery not happened then why should I pay money.I request you people dont ever use The professional courier service as they are very unprofessional .
