I just read many reviews about these so called professionals, almost all have a real bad experience.
Here goes mine:
I reside in Faridabad, Haryana.
One package which was dispatched on 4th July from New Delhi(just 30-40kms away from Faridabad), was supposed to reach to me latest by 6th or 7th July.
It is one week now. i.e. 11th July and is still not recieved.
I called them(faridabad office)on 9th of July asking about my package and when it will be delivered?
The guy on the other end said that your package is with the delivery boy, he is on his way.
The whole day passed and he didn’t come up, next day I called him up again and asked the same about my package and told him that why the delivery boy not reached me?
He made a drastic comment: The delivery boy became ill, he returned back without giving you package, you will recieve on next day i.e. 11th(today).
I called them again today asking about my package, he asked me my address to check if they have my package or not, and the silly guy said that they don’t have anything related to me.
I was like stfu, wtf?!
Bloody asshole people took away my Garnier face cream with them only.
Bloody retards.
I even mailed to the New Delhi branch, he was just another guy, who continuously said that u will receive the package today and blah blah blah.
NOTE: Never ever give any package to the Professional couriers, they are the true unprofessionals!
I just want to throw some heavy stones on their courier office.
