Un-Professional Couriers!

I had worst ever shipment experience when an eBay seller sent my purchase via Professional Couriers. The shipment was shipped from Delhi to my location Pune. They are extremely un-professional couriers.




  1. Firstly, the online tracking was only seen two days after I got the tracking number. Till then the tracking number was only giving some error.




  2. They don’t have a global contact number. Since I didn’t receive my package till Thursday evening as expected, I was trying to call them. I had to locate all their service centers in nearby area and no one had my package. However, the online tracking showed location as Pune. They kept sending me from office one to other. Finally, I located it in a center which is not even listed on their website.




  3. Since I needed it urgently, I called them up and they said I can pick it up next day (Friday) morning. I asked them to ensure to keep it with them and not dispatch anywhere else. When I went there in the morning, they said they have dispatched it to another delivery center for delivery!




  4. I called up the new delivery center now, and they said they cant deliver to my address because their delivery boy does not go that far! I had to go there and pick it up manually. Literally wasted half of my day today. This is extremely un-professional of professional couriers. If I had to go there and pick up my shipment, why would I buy online? I could have just gone to local market and bought it right?




  5. Just some observations at their office I saw - there was no computer etc. Wonder how do they scan and route items. Some parcels were lying outside the shop, mine was one of them. The office space was probably shared with some other side business in same shop.






Stay away from this Professional Courier!
