I have sent a medical instrument to Gurgoan through this courier Which costs around 15 lacs, they just broke it even after writing medical device, handle with care. Who will pay the cost?? Irresponsible people, they say that we care for ur valuable?? It is actually opposite to it.
I am very unhappy with the services, the other day I have to send a parcel to nearby place which cost around thousand rupees, they just missed it, If I ask they don’t even respond properly.
God sake I will never ever prefer sending parcels through this couriers..
