This particular business is by far the biggest contradiction to its name. They are as unprofessional as they can get. I was in India recently and had three bad experience within a period of two weeks. All three times the packet arrived over a week later(although they promised next day delivery). In one case, the parcel arrived totally smashed and battered! Of course, they take no responsibility for all this.
Call them and they will conveniently blame it on you! Interestingly, two of the three times they told me that the shipping address was not clear or that it had fallen off during transit. They blamed it on me saying I had not written the address clearly or that the address was not pasted well enough. Blatant lies as the address was written on the box itself very clearly with a permanent marker. In one case, they had my name and telephone number on file. If it is indeed true that the address was not clear, why didn’t they call me? Instead, they sent it back to the origin! At least that’s what they say they did.
All three times, they gave me the run-around by telling me to call their branches at the other cities to track my packages. Shouldn’t they be doing it?
In summary, avoid them. Three bad experiences in a period of two weeks is beyond just chance.
