I’ve sent a package from Bangalore to Delhi , they promised it’ll reach in 5 days and now it’s 7days running. The system tracking just shows ‘On Transit’ and No further details.
I’ve raised multiple queries as the package has to reach the destination urgently. But there’s been ZERO response to all my queries. They charge double of what Delhivery or GATI charges , but their service is so low end.
