This is the worst courier service in the world. In my case, my mother has sent a gift for my baby on his birthday on 02-May-14 from Agra to Bangalore, by using this courier service. Now pain becomes. everyday after 15-May, I start calling customer care.and they don’t have any update.every time they lock a new request by saying.it will come.so many times I shouted them but they have no sense.after one month passed doing so.then I raised an FIR against them that they have lost my courier or steeled it.then I told to customer care that I have raise an FIR against your company.after that they start searching my courier and with in 2 days they have delivered it. so courier start date was 02-May and it reached to me on 15-Jun after raising an FIR.
This is my fight to get the packet. What to say for this courier agency.
PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.
