Horrible and unprofessional service.My package has been dispatched to their Manipal office, but they’re reluctant to deliver it because I happen to stay around 5 kilometers away from their office. And I paid extra for premium delivery. The manager, a Mr. Palaksh, was very unconcerned when I spoke to him and actually hung up on me.
Don’t waste your time and energy by sending your package through these guys. Plenty of better options out there.
