Dispatched important medicines from Raipur for Mysore, on 22nd Dec.
Website says stuff left Raipur only on 24th(sat in their office for 2 days) called Bangalore office on 26th morning. they told me they should receive it by the evening., since 25th Dec was a holiday.
(Stuff was mid-air, flights don’t stop on Christmas day?) 27th Dec- 1 week, and my parcel is still in’TRANSIT’ emails to 15 email id’s on the courier website have gone un- answered.
Stick to DTDC, Blue Dart or better still, India post.
Professional Couriers are highly unrealiable.
