Trust me , never go with Professional courier. The site shows the parcel is on their destination Bangalore office from last 4 days, and I am trying to call the customer care from these 4 days. I tried almost 10 nos given , some of them don’t work, others no one bothers to pick. Customer Response is the worst I have seen in my life Prefer Speed post than Professional courier. I am amused by their name, "Professional" courier. I am desperately trying to call them now too but no response.
If you don’t have any other, go to send your item, then don;t send but don’t go for this pathetic courier.
