I have both sent and received documents through this courier. They take more time than the Postal Department. They don’t take calls, don’t respond, don’t deliver, update false status.
I was to receive a document(Consignment No. 8050560303) from Chennai, at the time of ordering they told two days. In Trivandrum, Kaimanam Branch it was lying for two days. The Branch told that they don’t deliver in that area. So, we had to go to the Branch and collect it.
Next Courier was Consignment No. TVM13257964, booked on 30/7/25, assured to deliver within four days. It was extremely urgent document to be delivered to Delhi. I made frantic calls to Kaimanam Br., Delhi Office, KBG Branch. The Manager of the KBG Branch Mr. Harish didn’t deliver, but showed it as delivered to the internal portal, but in customer’s portal it was "Out for Delivery" for two days. The Manager clearly told me that I could file a complaint. After several unattended calls to Mr. Harish, and also some unattended calls to the Corporate Office, finally, a lady took mercy on me(just imagine that I had to use the word) and she forced Mr. Harish to deliver the letter
