When we contact the Branch, they are not bothered to attend the calls and even directly we go.they are likeseeing a wild animal for the first time.If we contact the customer care cell.Its like Govt. office. They pick up the call & continue to talk in their persona calls.A request to Management. please appoint the people who really respect the customers.That is the only way to sustain in the competetive market.The market share currently you have is the efforts you put to satisfy the customer expectation. to sustain this, you need to put some effort to meet the customer expectations from you.
